When any part of a person - body, heart, mind, spirit - is out of balance there is a need for healing. When I refer to the word "Medicine", it is the power that has to do with anything that makes us to feel whole. I regard healing as a process towards one's wholeness, one's unity, to re-connect, to re-member the whole self.... the self as whole. Medicine in the context of healing body, heart, mind, spirit, embraces an all encompassing way of life which leads to personal power, understanding and compassion and awakens the wisdom of one's role in the Great Mystery, seeking wholeness with all that is.
The healing options I provide:
COUNSELING Being able to express oneself in a safe, supportive environment can greatly encourage the healing of deep, traumatic issues and negative, destructive behavioural patterns. The counseling approach I work with, is respectful, sensitive, direct, engaging and dynamic. My role throughout the counseling process with each and every client is where I guide the client to come to find their own solutions. Ignoring issues, and not dealing with them, does not heal them and certainly does not take them away!Counseling is for everybody. Whenever there is imbalance in a person's life, there is a need for healing. Counseling is an awakening, healing process. Healing can not be forced, it needs to be allowed. Individual, Couple therapy sessions for adults and children. Fee: Per Individual : 1 Hour - R350 Per Individual: 1 and 1/2 Hours - R400 Per Child: 1 Hour - R300 Per Couple: 1 and 1/2 Hours - R500 PAST LIFE REGRESSION (Delores Cannon Technique - USA) In Past-Life Regression treatments, I utilise Delores Cannon's unique and powerful technique which enables me to gain the most efficient release of profound information to assist clients who seek this deeper insight from themselves.This technique offers more than past life information, as the treatment includes me guiding the client safely and easily to also connect with their Higher Self.Information which comes through from the Higer Self, is not 'known' beforehand by the conscious state of the client.It is from this Higher Self level, where profound answers can be accessed and in some cases instantaeous healing can be experienced by the client. Fee: Sessions last for 2 and 1/2 Hours.R650 EMPOWERING THE EXPRESSION OF SELF This is a delightfully empowering experiential course covering 10 set sessions and structured on a one-on-one basis. I participate directly with the client and encourage the client to work with rhythm, sound and art for the fun of it. Working with drumming, rattle, movement, voice work, the client will be guided to tap into his/her innate, unique creative source within, and be free to express oneself in a safe space of no judgment, and no experience is needed. Through making rhythms and sounds and feeling how that feels, this course is not interested if the client has so-called music ability or creative flair, it is interested in guiding one through ones fears and sense of lack. This is a powerful course, which liberates, uplifts and awakens a person to experience the freedom of dissolving ones self imposed limitations. Empowering methods incorporated through out the course, to encourage self expression, which in turn greatly assist in the birth of healthy self worth, self respect, self confidence and self esteem.The course also assists in enhancing overall creativity, mind-body co-ordination and general problem solving, facilitating lateral thinking, encouraging one to 'think out of the box' as it were. Fee: Course of ten sessions, with each session lasting an Hour at a time. R2000 SACRED SOUL-RETRIEVAL Soul retrieval is therapeutic but is not therapy.Yet it can greatly assist in the overall healing process.It is advisable that the client has support after soul retrieval, so that, that which is accessed in soul retrieval, is not lost, but embraced and utilised. This work requires of me to journey, to enter altered states of consciousness on behalf of a client, during the session with the intention to access and retrieve lost aspects of and for that person. One experiences soul-loss as a result of severe trauma, where one goes into survival mode just to get through a particular experience. In these times of extreme stress, in order that the whole self survives, a fragment of the soul leaves. This is a natural survival mechanism which enables one to cope at the time but needs attention in later life if one wants to embrace wholeness again. Symptoms of soul loss are evidenced in such things as - inability to connect with one's emotional body, feeling 'spaced out' and not present, not here, depression, unable to focus and concentrate. Each process is offered on a one on one basis and or with a small group of people, depending. Sacred Animal Totems The intention to provide sacred healing journeys, in which you are safely guided to meet your Totem Animals, is to begin a process for the many people today, who have not understood their connection to Mother Earth and all her creatures. In time, when you come to meet your Animal relatives, those which represent the "medicine" each of us carries in our Earth Walk, you begin to deeply awaken your self to the understanding of what it means to walk in balance on our Earth Mother. These journeys offer a healing process, are to be respected and approached with humility and intuitiveness. Our brother and sister relatives teach to anyone astute enough to observe, lessons on how to live. As we begin to understand our role in the Great Mystery....we can begin to learn the necessity to honour every living thing of which we are merely a part. All things have purpose. Spirit Guides These journeys provide sacred healing processes, gently and safely awakening people to meet with their Spirit friends and helpers available to each one of us, who can help us to heal and balance our selves. Meet your Power Animal as you learn to safely and gently journey into the Lower World and meet your Spirit Guides as you learn to effortlessly and gracefully journey into the Upper World.These journeys help to dissolve feelings of disconnection, powerlessness and isolation and help people to sacredly awaken their awareness to the support and guidance available to each of us.
